 We do our best to respect your time, please try to respect ours. If  possible, a 48 hour cancellation notice is greatly appreciated.   

If we were not able to accommodate your exact day and time you were  looking for, please request to be added to our cancellation list. Our  coordinators strive hard to accommodate you and optimize the stylists time.   

A referral is the best compliment we can receive. If you are satisfied  with your service and would like to share it with a friend, receive a  $10 coupon on your next service. It will be mailed directly to you.   

Complimentary… Yes, you read it right, Complimentary for our guests.  Please call in advance so that we may better accommodate you.   

The stylists at Echelon are in high demand; we advise strongly that you  book your services when leaving the studio so that we may best  accommodate your schedule.
